Ingredients
Poppers:
1 lb ground chicken
1½ cups grated zucchini (squeezed dry)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp chives
½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
1–2 tbsp oil
Sauce:
1 cup cilantro
⅓ cup mayo
1 tbsp cottage cheese
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 garlic clove
Instructions
- Blend sauce until smooth; chill.
- Mix chicken, zucchini, garlic, chives, and seasoning.
- Shape into 6 patties.
- Cook in oil, 4 mins per side until done (165°F).
- Serve with sauce.
Notes
- Squeeze zucchini well to avoid soggy patties
- Use chicken with some fat for better flavor
- Make sauce ahead for best taste
