Ingredients

8 ounces milk or non-dairy milk (coconut milk works especially well)

2 teaspoons cacao or cocoa powder

2 teaspoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon reishi mushroom powder

4 ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Alternatively, whisk or stir together all ingredients (except ice) and pour over ice if desired.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week (or until the milk’s expiration).
  4. Stir before serving if the chocolate settles at the bottom.
