Ingredients
8 ounces milk or non-dairy milk (coconut milk works especially well)
2 teaspoons cacao or cocoa powder
2 teaspoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon reishi mushroom powder
4 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Alternatively, whisk or stir together all ingredients (except ice) and pour over ice if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week (or until the milk’s expiration).
- Stir before serving if the chocolate settles at the bottom.
