Ingredients

1 (64 oz) bottle unsweetened iced tea

2 fresh oranges

1 fresh lemon

5 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Pour the iced tea into a large pitcher.
  2. Squeeze the juice from one orange into the pitcher.
  3. Slice the remaining orange and lemon and add them to the pitcher.
  4. Gently crush the rosemary sprigs with your hands to release their oils and add them to the pitcher.
  5. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  6. Before serving, strain the tea to remove the rosemary and citrus slices.
  7. Pour over ice in tall glasses and garnish with fresh orange slices and rosemary sprigs for a beautiful presentation

Notes

  • If you prefer your iced tea on the sweeter side, you can swap in sweetened bottled tea or add a little honey or simple syrup to taste.
  • Fresh herbs make a noticeable difference—avoid dried rosemary for this recipe as it won’t provide the same fragrant, subtle taste.
  • The tea can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2-3 days, making it convenient for entertaining or meal prep.
