Ingredients
1 (64 oz) bottle unsweetened iced tea
2 fresh oranges
1 fresh lemon
5 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Pour the iced tea into a large pitcher.
- Squeeze the juice from one orange into the pitcher.
- Slice the remaining orange and lemon and add them to the pitcher.
- Gently crush the rosemary sprigs with your hands to release their oils and add them to the pitcher.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Before serving, strain the tea to remove the rosemary and citrus slices.
- Pour over ice in tall glasses and garnish with fresh orange slices and rosemary sprigs for a beautiful presentation
Notes
- If you prefer your iced tea on the sweeter side, you can swap in sweetened bottled tea or add a little honey or simple syrup to taste.
- Fresh herbs make a noticeable difference—avoid dried rosemary for this recipe as it won’t provide the same fragrant, subtle taste.
- The tea can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2-3 days, making it convenient for entertaining or meal prep.
