    Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes to remove any dirt. Pat dry. Use a fork to poke several holes in each sweet potato to allow steam to escape during cooking.
  2. Oil and Season:
    Rub the sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with coarse sea salt.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer:
    Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Cook:
    Place sweet potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispness.
  5. Check for Doneness:
    Insert a fork or knife into the center of the potatoes. If it slides in easily, they are done. If not, cook for an additional 5 minutes and check again.
  6. Serve:
    Allow sweet potatoes to rest for a couple of minutes. Cut the top open, fluff the inside, and add your preferred toppings.

  • Select sweet potatoes of similar size for even cooking.
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow proper air circulation.
