Description

These no-bake protein balls are a quick, nutritious snack made with oats, nut butter, and protein powder. Perfect for meal prep, they are easy to customize and ideal for busy days.

Ingredients

1 cup quick cook oats

1 cup vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter

1/3 cup maple syrup or honey

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

1 tablespoon water (more if needed)

1/2 cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, nut butter, sweetener, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add water gradually, mixing until a firm but workable dough forms.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Scoop and roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  6. Place on the prepared tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too sticky, chill it briefly before rolling.
  • Nut butter can be swapped for seed butter for a nut-free option.
  • Dried fruit or coconut can replace chocolate chips for variation.
  • Freeze for longer storage and thaw as needed.
