Ingredients

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

16 ounces ground beef

1/2 medium onion, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

4 ounces cream cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until meat is fully browned and vegetables are softened. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until cream cheese is fully melted and evenly coats the filling.
  4. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange shredded Monterey Jack cheese into 8 even circles. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges brown and cheese forms a lace pattern.
  5. Let cheese circles cool slightly. While still pliable, add a portion of filling to each circle. Carefully roll the cheese around the filling and allow it to firm up before serving.

Notes

  • Cheese wraps are easier to roll when slightly warm.
  • Customize the filling with mushrooms, spinach, or jalapeños.
  • Store filling separately for meal prep to keep rolls fresh.
  • Perfect as a main dish, lunch, snack, or appetizer.
