Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs), thinly sliced or pounded
2 cups no-sugar-added marinara sauce (or homemade keto tomato sauce)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
