1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, marinated artichoke hearts, and garlic powder. Mix until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a 9×9 or 9×13-inch baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, gluten-free bread, or crackers.
