8 Medjool dates, pitted

1 cup raw hazelnuts

3 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder (use your preferred brand)

2 tablespoons cacao powder

1 tablespoon almond butter

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 tablespoon warm water

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Place dates, hazelnuts, protein powder, cacao powder, almond butter, and vanilla extract in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is well combined.
  2. Add warm water gradually, pulsing until the mixture starts to come together.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips using a spoon or your hands.
