Ingredients
1 ripe banana
¾ cup coconut milk
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
½ tablespoon ground turmeric
½ tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1–2 tablespoons natural sweetener (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Place the banana, coconut milk, frozen pineapple, turmeric, and grated ginger into a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add natural sweetener if desired, then blend again briefly.
- Divide into two glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Fresh pineapple can be used instead of frozen for a thinner, juice-like consistency.
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana or reduce the amount of liquid slightly.
- This smoothie can be batch-prepared and frozen in sealed jars. Thaw in the refrigerator for several hours before drinking.
