Ingredients
200g gluten-free self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp caster sugar (for dough)
180g full-fat Greek yogurt
30g unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp caster sugar (for coating)
Instructions
-
In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and 1 tbsp caster sugar. Stir well.
-
Add the Greek yogurt and mix with a wooden spoon until it comes together.
-
Knead the dough gently with your hands until smooth. If the dough is sticky, add a small amount of extra flour.
-
Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
-
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place the doughnut holes inside and cook for 8 minutes, or until lightly golden.
-
While still warm, brush each doughnut hole with melted butter.
-
Mix 3 tbsp caster sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll the buttered doughnut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
-
Serve immediately and enjoy!
