For the Cookie Crust:

1 package (16 oz) Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (24 count)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

For the Nutella Swirl:

1/3 cup Nutella® hazelnut spread with cocoa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the cookie dough pieces evenly in an ungreased 13×9-inch baking pan.
  3. Press the dough to form an even crust.
  4. Bake for 9 to 13 minutes until lightly golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled cookie crust, spreading it evenly.
  8. Slightly warm the Nutella in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds until softened.
  9. Drop small spoonfuls of Nutella over the cheesecake layer.
  10. Use a knife to gently swirl the Nutella, creating a marbled effect.
  11. Bake the cheesecake bars for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  12. Allow to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully chilled.
  13. Cut into 8 rows by 4 rows to create 32 bars.
  14. Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
