Ingredients
12 slices hard salami (or Genoa/pepperoni)
1 ripe avocado, chopped
½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut two slits in each salami slice (top and bottom). Place slices in the muffin tin, overlapping edges to form a cup shape.
- Bake 10–15 minutes until crispy but not burnt. Check at 10 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.
- While baking, chop avocado and halve tomatoes.
- Once cooled, fill salami cups with avocado and tomato mixture. Serve immediately.
