Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Peel bananas and slice into ¼-inch thick slices.
  3. In a small bowl, mix oil with cinnamon (if using).
  4. Toss banana slices gently in the oil mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Place banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  6. Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 25–28 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Allow chips to cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
