Ingredients

2 cups frozen strawberries, plus extra fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

½ frozen banana (use 1 banana for a stronger flavor or thicker smoothie)

½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice if needed.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the consistency: Add more milk for a thinner smoothie or more frozen fruit for a thicker, frostier texture.
  • No ice required: Frozen fruit makes the smoothie cold and creamy without diluting the flavor.
