Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 can (about 10 oz) diced tomatoes with mild chilies, well drained

1 packet herb-style seasoning blend

1/2 cup shredded cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons fresh herbs, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh citrus juice


Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.

  2. Add the seasoning blend, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend briefly until combined.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Gently fold in the diced tomatoes and shredded cheese.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more citrus juice or herbs if desired.
