1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 can (about 10 oz) diced tomatoes with mild chilies, well drained
1 packet herb-style seasoning blend
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons fresh herbs, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh citrus juice
