Ingredients

¾ cup full-fat or light coconut milk

1 ripe peach, peeled, pitted, and chopped

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoons chia seeds

Optional Toppings:

¼ cup Greek or vegan yogurt

Extra chopped peaches

Bee pollen


Instructions

  1. Blend the base: In a blender, combine the peach, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
