Ingredients

3 fresh peaches, cut into wedges (or 2 cups frozen peaches)

1 medium banana

1 cup unsweetened yogurt (Greek, dairy, or plant-based)

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

2 cups ice (omit if using frozen peaches)

2 smidgeons pure stevia powder (about 1/8 tsp; or 2 tbsp maple syrup/honey)

Instructions

  1. Add peaches, banana, yogurt, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, almond milk, ice, and stevia to a high-speed blender.
  2. Pulse a few times to start blending, then blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed (add more ice for a thicker smoothie or more almond milk for a thinner consistency).

  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Use unsweetened yogurt to maximize probiotic benefits.
  • Frozen peaches reduce the need for ice.
  • For a vegan option, use coconut or soy yogurt.
  • Nut butter (peanut or almond) can be added for extra protein and healthy fats.
  • Avocado can replace banana for creaminess and extra healthy fats, though it will slightly change the flavor.
