Description

Ingredients

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

½ cup green onions, chopped

½ teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, chopped dill, parsley, and minced garlic. Mix well until the dressing is smooth and evenly blended.

  2. Add the shredded chicken and chopped green onions to the bowl. Gently stir until the chicken is fully coated with the dressing.

  3. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

  4. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. This allows the herbs and aromatics to fully develop.
