Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 can (about 10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

1 packet ranch-style seasoning mix

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.

  2. Add the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend again until fully combined.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Gently fold in the diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more lime juice or herbs if desired.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

  6. Garnish with fresh herbs or extra cheese before serving. Enjoy with chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For an extra-smooth texture, blend the base ingredients thoroughly before adding any chunky elements.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
  • Stir well before serving if the dip has been chilled for an extended period.
  • To add heat, mix in diced jalapeños, chili flakes, or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
