Ingredients

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder (about 3040 g)

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Sweetener of choice, to taste (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk and chia seeds to a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds until the mixture starts to thicken.

  2. Add the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and sweetener if using.

  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Add a small splash of milk if the mixture is too thick.

  4. Transfer to a bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or until set.

  5. Serve chilled with your favorite toppings.
