1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased 9×9-inch or similar baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on the surface.
- Serve warm with chips, bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

- Use marinated artichoke hearts rather than plain canned ones for maximum flavor.
- Freshly grated Parmesan melts more evenly and provides a richer taste.
