Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen

½ cup fresh spinach (or kale if preferred)

1 ½ cups milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave (optional)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Chia seeds or hemp seeds, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender: Combine avocado, banana, spinach, milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, and protein powder (if using) in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend: Start on low speed, then gradually increase to high. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Check consistency: If too thick, add more milk a little at a time and blend again.
  4. Serve: Pour into glasses and top with chia seeds or hemp seeds if desired. Enjoy immediately for the best taste and texture.
