Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1 scoop protein powder (whey or plant-based)

Pinch of fine kosher salt

2 tbsp almond or peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups milk of choice


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, protein powder, and salt. Mix until evenly distributed.
  2. Stir in nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  3. Divide mixture into 4 jars or bowls, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve cold or warm in the microwave for 30–90 seconds if desired. Stir and add extra milk for creamier consistency.
