Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 scoop protein powder (whey or plant-based)
Pinch of fine kosher salt
2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups milk of choice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, protein powder, and salt. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Stir in nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Divide mixture into 4 jars or bowls, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Serve cold or warm in the microwave for 30–90 seconds if desired. Stir and add extra milk for creamier consistency.

- Vegan & Dairy-Free: Use plant-based milk and dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Nut-Free Option: Substitute nut butter with sunflower seed butter.
