Ingredients
1.5 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into approximately 1-inch chunks.
- Place the chunks in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle in brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well so all pieces are seasoned.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Arrange sweet potatoes in the basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes. Shake or flip halfway through cooking.
- Check for tenderness with a fork. Cook an additional 1–2 minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately.

- Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed.

- For a savory version, omit brown sugar and cinnamon and use spices of choice.
