Ingredients

1.5 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into approximately 1-inch chunks.
  2. Place the chunks in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle in brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well so all pieces are seasoned.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  6. Arrange sweet potatoes in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes. Shake or flip halfway through cooking.
  8. Check for tenderness with a fork. Cook an additional 1–2 minutes if needed.
  9. Serve immediately.
