Ingredients
2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
2 tablespoons no sugar added apple juice
6 ounces cold water
3–5 drops liquid vanilla stevia (adjust to taste)
A pinch or light sprinkle of ground cinnamon
1–2 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions

Add the apple cider vinegar and apple juice to a glass.
- Pour in the cold water and stir well to combine.
- Add the liquid vanilla stevia and mix again.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top and stir until evenly distributed.
- Add ice if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Always dilute apple cider vinegar before consuming to protect tooth enamel and digestion.
- If you are new to apple cider vinegar, start with 1 tablespoon and gradually increase.
- For a warmer version, use room temperature water and skip the ice.
