Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 56 lemons)

3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

2 cups coconut water

½ cup freeze-dried raspberries (or strawberries)

2 sprigs fresh mint (optional, for garnish)

Ice cubes, for serving


Instructions

  1. Slice lemons in half and squeeze until you have 1 cup of fresh juice. Remove any seeds.
  2. Add lemon juice, maple syrup (or honey), coconut water, and freeze-dried raspberries to a blender.
  3. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fill glasses with ice and pour the lemonade over the top.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a sweeter drink, increase maple syrup or honey up to ¼ cup.
  • For a lighter flavor, dilute with ¼–½ cup cold water.
  • To make it sparkling, stir in chilled sparkling water after blending.
  • If using fresh berries instead of freeze-dried, the texture will be thinner.
  • Always use fresh lemon juice for the brightest flavor.
